Olufunke Olumide
Managing Partner
Olufunke is the Managing Partner of the Firm. She handles and heads the operational and administrative affairs of the Firm and its clients. She is responsible for managing and coordinating with the professionals and stakeholders of TLH.
She is an experienced business integrity, compliance, corporate Governance expert and has assisted in establishing corporate governance structures for businesses. She is one of the founding partners of Acuity Partners where she leads the Corporate Governance, Private & Family wealth team. With her excellent communication and leadership skills, Olufunke has coordinated and led multiple teams in the provision of legal due diligence investigations for corporates in M&A, private equity and fund-raising transactions including advising on investment models.
She also advised companies in distress on corporate rescue mechanisms for their business. She has provided advise in corporate restructuring deals in the FMCG, financial services, technology, media & entertainment & agricultural sectors. She is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK). She has a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from University of Lagos and obtained an LLM in International Business Law from University of Liverpool.
Olufunke has extensive experience and specialty knowledge in working with families and business owning families to address the multi-generational and governance issues they face.
Olatunji Gbesan
Partner, Finance
Olatunji is TLH’s Partner, Finance and he oversees the financial activities of the Firm. He also provides financial advisory services to our clients and oversees the investment and wealth planning professionals engaged by TLH.
He is a business strategist and financial asset manager in the Banking and Investment sectors. He has a wealth of banking experience and about 10 years of successful business development, relationship management, public sector banking, credit writing and portfolio management behind his career. Olatunji worked with Polaris Bank Limited and Skye Bank PLC leading commercial and public sector banking as well as managing customer relations. He served as a member of Ogun Region Assets and Liabilities Committee of Skye Bank.

Adebukola Adewole
Partner, Business Growth
Adebukola is TLH’s Partner, Business Growth and she is responsible for implementing growth strategies for the Firm and advises clients on business development and growth for their businesses. She ensures utmost client satisfaction and reviews client feedback.
Adebukola is a seasoned relationship specialist and strategist, with over 10 years of corporate multicultural experience in the FMCG and Financial Technology Industry verticals. She is an experienced regional sales and key account manager with a demonstrated history of managing, advising and building relationships with c-level executives. She currently leads the revenue team in the financial services vertical at Terragon Group where she is responsible for enhancing corporate relationship, grow transactional revenue and build new business opportunities with top tier clients and C-level executives.
Adebukola is highly skilled in negotiation, business planning, process improvement, go-to-market strategy and relationship Management. She has a background in computer science from the university of Lagos and she is currently undergoing her Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Edinburgh Business School.
Olanrewaju Olumide
Partner, Legal
Olanrewaju is TLH’s Partner, legal and he oversees all the legal affairs of the firm. He provides leadership to the legal teams and legal leadership across the business. This he does by providing proactive, in-depth, legal and business-focused advice to the business. Olanrewaju analyses and identifies the legal and business risks and implications of all the Firm and its clients’ transactions.
He is one of the founding Partners of The Acuity Partners where he leads the Firm’s Corporate, Finance & Business advisory (CFB) team. He presently provides legal advice to various corporates, Hight Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) and families. He regularly advises clients on various commercial issues, contract administration, investments, corporate restructuring, mergers & acquisition, regulatory compliance, and general legal advisory.
With a demonstrated record of success in transaction advisory and business structuring, He presently sits on the board of different organizations where he provides both legal and business guidance. He was one-time President of Tax Club Nigeria, where he spearheaded the strategic tax awareness for the Lagos Internal Revenue Service (LIRS). He is currently undergoing his Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) at the Lagos Business School. He is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK) and an alumnus of the University of Lagos, where he obtained his Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB).
Olanrewaju has solid experience in family business advisory, family governance & leadership succession and corporate sustainability.
